Safer Sets: A guide to creating a safe, positive space

Instructor: Kate Sinclaire

Start: September 18 from 6-8pm

Cost: Member: $40, Non Member: $45

Sold Out/Not Sold Out

Description: We all know the scene: the one when the family is watching a movie and suddenly everyone in the room gets real tense in the room and someone laughs. The sex scene, as it’s colloquially named. Join award winning producer and facilitator Kate Sinclaire for a discussion on respect, safety, boundaries, direction techniques, queer narrative, politics and depiction of sexuality on set. If you’ve been spooked about being on set for intimate scenes, or if you don’t know how you should handle yourself on set (in any role), this is a great crash course on ethics and process.
