The Winnipeg Film Group maintains a film and video equipment rentals program as a means of supporting independent film production in Winnipeg and Manitoba. We also support the needs of other non-profit organizations within the community, as a secondary priority.
Individuals and organizations wishing to access our production and post production equipment and facilities rentals program must be a WFG GENERAL MEMBER with a PRODUCTION ADD ON to access equipment in our organization (refer to our membership page for more information).
SPECIAL COVID-19 DIRECTIVE:
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all WFG Production Equipment and Post-Production/Facilities Rentals must be booked Monday to Friday, NO LATER than 48 Business Hours in ADVANCE. The earlier, the better. As the Artspace Building is closed to visitors until January 1, 2021, advance booking is the ONLY way we can currently fulfill your needs. No last minute bookings can be considered. No unannounced visits for immediate bookings can be considered. Please make your advance bookings with WFG Technical Manager Dylan Baillie via email at dylan@winnipegfilmgroup.com

As per our rentals policy, the use of WFG equipment or facilities is a form of assistance that our organization provides filmmakers / video artists, and as such the Winnipeg Film Group must be acknowledged in the credits of any film or video production receiving such assistance. Our logo is available for download for this purpose.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE that while we post commercial rates, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking for commercial projects. We encourage people working on commercial or industrial projects to seek equipment from one of the many commercial equipment houses in Winnipeg.
* Rates listed below are per day (per item or per set); GST is applicable. Weekends are counted as 1 + 1/2 Days.
