Undone at Toronto Queer!

Oct 31, 2018

Congratulations to Erin Buelow, whose short film, Undone, will be premiering at Toronto Queer Film Festival this weekend!

Toronto Queer Film Festival’s emphasis is on queer activism and queer aesthetics and their 2018 festival theme is Decolonizing Sexualities. The festival, taking place Nov 1-4 at OCAD University, features twelve screenings in addition to workshops and panels. This year, over 45% of the films selected were made by Indigenous directors with another 40% made by directors of colour.

Undone is include in the shorts program titled Otherland, which the festival describes as follows:  “the films in this collection of shorts combine poetry with experimental and found footage filmmaking to highlight the ambivalent prospects of representing gender, sexuality, and identity in cinema today.”

The Otherland program will screen on Nov 3 at 6pm at OCAD.

More info and the full festival programming can be found here: https://torontoqueerfilmfest.com/
